Kathy King brings 40 years of nonprofit fundraising experience, guiding both grassroots organizations and major institutions to surpass their development goals. A Certified Fundraising Executive with a Master’s in Nonprofit Management from the University of San Francisco, she has led campaigns that have collectively raised tens of millions of dollars.
Her leadership includes 12 years as Executive Director of Sonoma Overnight Support, where she secured more than $8 million and oversaw the capital campaign to open the SOS Unity Kitchen in 2023. She also served as the first Director of Development and Stewardship for the Diocese of Oakland, launching fundraising programs that generated over $20 million and supporting the early development of the Cathedral of Christ the Light campaign.

Cristina is a seasoned grants professional who has spent the past 20 years helping Bay Area nonprofits raise millions of dollars in foundation, corporate, and government funding. She partners with mission-driven organizations to bring their visions to life through thoughtful, result-oriented fundraising strategies. Known for her excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills, Cristina builds lasting relationships with her clients and helps strengthen the social impact of their work. She has worked with over 20 organizations in the Bay Area.

Monica Clark has more than 30 years of experience as an award-winning writer and editor, including a lengthy tenure as editor of a bi-weekly Oakland-based newspaper with a circulation of 85,000. Her wordsmith talent brings clarity and conciseness to documents, grant proposals, case statements, and marketing materials. She holds a Master of Science degree in communication from San Diego State University and has been a radio and television news producer in addition to her work as a print journalist

Tom Hyland has successfully created and organized income-generating events for local, regional, and national non-profit organizations. These events have included golf tournaments, galas, walkathons, and other creative experiences as large as 50 - 2,000 participants.
He also has broad experience in all areas of fundraising from special needs appeals to major gifts acquisition, and grant writing. He has worked in diverse environments, including healthcare, education, museums, social services, and religious organizations.
